Stop for a sec!

So many times we walk straight passed talents. We walk straight passed a gift and an opportunity to fill ourselves with something out- worldly. People that preform in the streets can sometimes be annoying, I understand that.. When you walk passed the 122nd guy who is trying to be a statue. But there are like all things always treasures in all that seem dull. There is always a jewel in all the junk. So do not treat fellow people as though they are pigeons. A man might be living in the street, but that does not exclude the fact that he could be a man of the universe. I guess what I want to say is Give all people a chance, they might end up treating you with a gift of the ear or the eye.

Ching lee or is it me?

Ching lee or is it me? It's funny in our world today.
How we can be who we want to be
Look like GaGA or Marvin Gaye
We can cut our hair
or color it
or open up a fake hair kit
We can extend
Stretch
or shrink
Because today it is about what everyone else think
We are the masters of transformation
Either it is for image or reputation
But when did we all decide
that being ourselves is like
a fashion that died
That we can be whatever and wear whatever
is off course something cool
But never forget that boy or girl that had their first day at school.
Before the voices on the outside had a say
when your voice was the strongest
DO YOU REMEMBER THAT DAY.
An animals is born and remains that animal in a confident way
So why should we care what other people say?

Little Red Riding Hood.

Once upon a time, there was a little girl who lived in a village near the forest.  Whenever she went out, the little girl wore a red riding cloak, so everyone in the village called her Little Red Riding Hood.
Now. here is a pink elephant for you. Everyone reads and tells this story to kids all over the world, and all grownups know what it is really about..but they are too scared to discuss the topic straight forward with their kids. The elephant is just to pink to mention and they decide to do a famous little something called sugarcoating. Charles Perrault was the one who wrote the original version and this was his message: - From this story one learns that children, especially young lasses, pretty, courteous and well-bred, do very wrong to listen to strangers, And it is not an unheard thing if the Wolf is thereby provided with his dinner. I say Wolf, for all wolves are not of the same sort; there is one kind with an amenable disposition – neither noisy, nor hateful, nor angry, but tame, obliging and gentle, following the young maids in the streets, even into their homes. Alas! Who does not know that these gentle wolves are of all such creatures the most dangerous! so that is the real message behind little red riding hood, so stop sugarcoating and start communicating.

Pink elephant?

Everyone is most likely familiar with the saying "a pink elephant in the room"..This is an expression for an obvious truth that is being ignored or goes unaddressed. The idiomatic expression also applies to an obvious problem or risk no one wants to discuss. The term refers to a question, problem, solution, or controversial issue that is obvious, but which is ignored by a group of people, generally because it causes embarrassment or is taboo. So off course we had to pick the elephant because it is so big that it would be hard to miss.. especially in a little room full of people. But what would happen if we suddenly had a massive pink elephant in our society? or world? or universe? well if that is the case then I think we should take notice of it! and start discussing it. from now on I will start a little entry every week where I will point out a few pink elephants for you. Consider it a pink five safari experience.

feel big in small spaces

Most people think that in order to feel free and express ourselves we have to be surrounded by big, vast open spaces. And I agree that it makes it easier to go in to the "grand" or "great" state of mind. But is it not a greater challenge to try and feel big and free even when you are pressured from all corners into the smallest space? Greatness and tranquility is not and should not be decided by where you are, it is being who you are in all shapes and sizes that revels the true greatness of the individual.

What if animals ruled the world

What if animals ruled the world?
Would they design jackets made of fur?
Or cut the hair of humans off to make a jacket?
Would they make ashtrays out of our hands and feet or skin to make a leather pocket.
Would they fight cold and hard without admitting defeat.
If animals ruled the world
would they eat with a fork and knife
would they marry or divorce their wife
would they watch tv or lay on the beach
would they care if their ice tea was lemon or peach.
If animals ruled the world
Would we maybe then see
How things can just be!
There would like now be big and strong
so what makes the difference
what went wrong?
It will all run smoothly if we all agree
that You are you and I am me
Animals would rule the world
With ups and downs
highs and low
fast and slow
just like they live now in this natures symphony song
They do not have to rule the world
as long as we all see that
All and everything belong.
